I did that using Silverfox's HEX method Like the rest of the HEX mods they will be removed once you leave your garage

even walking out and re-entering garage removes the hex mods. i guess you could try going into LSC and put on Insurance/tracker, then call for another car. just never go in garage??

Going into LSC seems to freeze me if I have "illegal" mods on; I'm guessing the same will happen to you. If you use bike rims then it's okay, you just can't choose wheel type as it reverts back. I doubt you'll get the wheels to stick as ISO modders must have surely tried with their modded car spawns.

In SP i lost the mods driving into LSC have not imported a car yet to MP With ISO mods the cycle wheels hold until you drive it with out the mod running.
