I used this method to insure a tracked Burrito in my garage. I assume it can also work for Blazers as well.
How to:
1. Take a vehicle that's tracked and insured that you're willing to replace to LSC, with a friend in the passenger seat with vehicle access set to everyone.
2. Go to LSC and get the door to open. Place the two front wheels of your car inside LSC, and call your mechanic.
3. Once the mechanic list comes up, drive the vehicle into LSC and park it on the left side, just to have enough room for the vehicle you are insuring.
4. Get out and go to your garage and get the vehicle that only has a tracker.
5. Drive it to LSC. The LSC door will open. Park the vehicle next to your tracked and insured one that your friend is sitting in.
6. Pull your friend out of the vehicle and get in it, then immediately get out and get back into your un-tracked vehicle.
7. A duplicate of the other vehicle will appear nearby. Drive to your garage but along the way, call for the tracked and insured vehicle from your mechanic (I'm not sure if this is necessary, but I'd do it just to be safe. Basically, the vehicle you are in will not have a tracker on it).
8. Drive the un-tracked vehicle into your garage, and it should duplicate, a tracked and insured version replacing the other vehicle, like when we insured ATVs for the first time.
