What: This mod is for xkey ISO mods, not sure if it will work the same with Jtag/RGHs. What you can do is change your default wheel class from Sport to High end, or High end to Bike (motorcycle), ect.. ect..
File(s): vehicles.meta and vehiclemodelsets.meta
Location: Both in commom.rpf.
vehicles.meta in a bypassed location *will make a post on how to bypass this file*
vehiclemodelsets.meta in :common/ai
NOTE: as of 1.13 you can not alter the handling ID in this file, if you do your game will freeze. WIll only work offline and if you delete all TU updates.
Sample code from vehicles.meta for the buffalo2 (Franklin's Buffalo)
How to use: you need to locate this line <wheelType>VWT_SPORT</wheelType> in the code above and change it to <wheelType>VWT_BIKE</wheelType> and your buffalo2 will now be able to use Cycle wheels in the Save Editor or when you spawn a car using vehiclemodelsets.meta
When used for vehiclemodelsets.meta: If you want to spawn a car with a wheel other than the default class you have to make that change in the bypassed vehicles.meta first because vehiclemodelsets.meta gets wheel info from vehicles.meta.
NOTE: as you can see in SilverFox1's post here every class can have the same number for a wheel, but depending on what is in vehicles.meta is what wheel will appear when you select it.
To change the wheel type change the ## in this line: <ModIndex value="10" />
