Supposedly you can't trigger a Hearse spawn anymore. Any confirmation of this?

Cool. Me and my girl had a matching pair and I sold mine awhile ago. She wants to ditch hers too and I had read a post on GTAF saying the trigger was gone after 1.14. Wanted to see what the deal was in case I wanted another to hold on to.
