Spawn and customize FM cars in SP/MP (vehiclemodelsets.meta)

What: Mod for xkey, not sure if jtag's/RGHs use the same files.... This will allow you to spawn any vehicle in various location(s) in SP and MP. They can be FM and even have custom colors from the list below. I have not tested using RGB colors
File: vehiclemodelsets.meta
Location in ISO: in common.rpf :common/ai
NOTE: To use mods from LSC to mod your vehicle you need to start with -1 as no mod. For example lets say you want to add tint to your vehicle:
- -1 no tint
- 1 medium
- 2 Limo dark
- 3 Super dark
In the hex editor no tint is 0, light is 1, medium is 2, Limo is 3, and new dark is 4
Livery Codes: When using livery codes below for vehicles that use them please note the following:
-1 means it will randomly select a livery. If you know the livery and want to spawn that style, insert that code in the section below <Livery value="-1" />
<ModType>VMT_WHEELS</ModType>: When setting this value, you can reference SilverFox1's awesome post with wheel types here. Also make sure to check out this post on how to change default wheel classes for your vehicles.
Look for the <-- markers to show what things are.... most mods are self explanatory.
